Products and orders

We supply practical 3D-printed parts in standard packs and quoted custom batches. Read the product description, selected size, pack quantity and intended use before ordering. Dimensions are approximate where stated; material, fit and printed surface finish can vary within normal manufacturing tolerances. Illustrative renders are identified on the relevant product pages.

Catalogue prices apply to the selected pack or variant. Custom work requires a quote and your approval of the specification, price and production timing before production. We may contact you if an item cannot be supplied or an obvious listing error affects an order; you may decline a proposed replacement or price correction and receive a refund for the affected item.

Payment and delivery

Prices are displayed in the store currency. Available payment methods and the order total, including delivery charges, are shown at checkout before payment. See our shipping policy for stock, production and delivery information.

Suitability

General-purpose printed parts are not represented as certified electrical, structural, pressure-rated or safety-critical components unless a listing expressly states otherwise. For custom work, provide accurate dimensions and operating conditions so we can assess suitability.
